Little Fiddle Book of Christmas Carols

One of my favorite Christmas traditions every year was playing and singing the old Christmas carols. This is a sample of some favorite songs arranged so that any level of violinist can enjoy playing them. All of the songs are duets, so friends can play along, and there are lyrics as well so that someone can sing. The tunes can also be played on other instruments hat use music on the treble staff.

The tunes for this book were selected because they are melodious and uncomplicated. All of the songs are in the key of C, D, or G, and none of the keys that some fiddle players have told me are scary! My goal is to make playing easier and to enable more people to enjoy the music. The book is a smaller than the usual music book so that it will fit into your fiddle case. You use it on a music stand or just leave it open on the floor to use as a quick reference when you play at a jam.
